Import/VAT Fees
Colossal offers shipping costs calculated in real-time based on weight to provide the most predictable and affordable shipping rates. For international orders, including gifts, your shipment may incur import fees that are added and calculated by your customs office based on local law. These fees are the responsibility of the customer or gift recipient and vary too frequently by country for us to anticipate.
Pre-Orders
If your order contains an item that is listed as a pre-order or backorder, we will ship the entire order at once when the new product is stocked.
Earth-Friendly Packaging Commitment
It is our commitment to pack and ship items utilizing materials that are recyclable or compostable with the exception of tape. Please meet us halfway to make sure the packaging materials included with your order are properly reintroduced into the product cycle. We may also use repurposed packaging materials (occasionally plastic) from our vendors.
